LATE FEE POLICY
Starting February 1, 2012, payments made AFTER the 25th of the month will result in a $5 LATE FEE. After many years of waving our LATE FEES, we will begin collecting late payment fees as an incentive for all residential and commercial customers to receive payments on time. Late fee Exemptions will be granted once per 12-month period, but only upon your request for an extension on your bill. To apply for the exemption, you can contact us at 225-928-7867. Avoid Late Fees by having your monthly payment automatically withdrawn from your bank account on the day it is due by enrolling for ABP (see link below).
