Having had my alarm service Certified Alarms for years, I can say that the installation and service is always professionally completed by excellent technicians like Zack. They are always ready and able to take of any service need timely. I love the system I have now. It communicates with my cell phone, therefore eliminating the need for my landline. You can arm, disarm and check status of the alarm system right from the phone, and it responds with a text message right to your phone. No worries about forgetting to set the alarm from wherever you are. It's a security blanket for me in knowing that I can check on my system at any time. He was so informative and he was so quick to correct the problemon the first visit. When he came back with the medical alert button, he was so patient with my mother-in-law.
