Ashley was very helpful in walking me through my issue. She seem sincerely concerned in addressing my issue. More companies need to have people who genuinely care about helping the customers.

Ashley A. was extremely knowledgeable and so kind and patient with me. She walked me through testing my system. I appreciate her professional attitude. I would recommend Certified to anyone. Ashley and Certified Alarm System are amazing!

First, I want to thank Ashley for all her help with the problems at our Mom's house. She was very patient. Second, Certified Alarms is really lucky to have a service technician like Don. He was so informative and he was so quick to correct the problem on the first visit. When he came back with the medical alert button, he was so patient with my mother-in-law. He explained the workings of the button to her (it took 4 times) until she clearly understood it. He never lost his patience with her. I hope we never have to call for service again but if we do I hope we get him again. Thank you again for all your help. Hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving! S & B Burney
