Certified Alarm Systems recently installed a secondary keypad as part of a customer’s Qolsys Smart Home Security System. The new keypad was fully networked, tested, and verified to ensure seamless communication with the main control panel and our 24-hour monitoring center.
Adding a secondary keypad provides convenient access to arm and disarm the system from multiple entry points, making it easier for homeowners to manage their home security system. Our technician also reviewed the features with the customer to ensure they were comfortable using the new keypad.
