- Comment: After changing from Certified to VIVINT it took less than a month to find out what a BIG mistake that was! I called Certified and spoke with Karen Cathey and told her what a mess I’ve got myself into. She understood gave me the same package that I had before. You have no idea how good it is to be back with Certified. Thanks Karen!!
