Had certified alarms for a year. I tried to switch to another alarms company for a cheaper price but the alarms company never bought me out of the Certified Alarms contract like they said they would. So I was stuck between 2 contracts. The other alarm company also charged me way more than they told me they would. I tried reaching out and reporting the other alarm company and they never responded. I let Certified Alarms know about my situation and one of their employees, Karen, was able to get in contact with the owner of the other company and have him agree to cancel my contract with them. Karen went above and beyond to help me in a tough situation. I’ll be staying with Certified Alarms from now on.

Edward Oliszewski was wonderful. He came in to service my alarm, was efficient and knowledgeable & had everything working in no time!

My alarm quit working and I finally called Certified to see if they could send someone out to check it out. Chad came to my house to find that my key pad was bad and he replaced that and my alarm is back working just like new. Nice folks to deal with.

Creselda at Certified Alarm Systems was a cheerful phone representative today and quickly answered all of my questions. She emailed to me my security system certificate that I needed for a discount on my home owners insurance policy. I appreciate this service!

I called this morning to get some information. I spoke with a lady named Kelly. She was so friendly and explained everything I needed to know thoroughly. It’s not often that you get a customer representative on the phone that actually sounds happy to speak with you. She was like a breath of fresh air and I really appreciate her help!
