I first developed a relationship with Certified Alarms when I relocated to Baton Rouge in 2005 as a result of Hurricane Katrina.
At my age, I needed to feel safe in my apartment, and that's when I contacted several companies. But I felt that Certified Alarms would better meet my needs.
Terry Carter was the sales rep, and in 2007, Terry assisted me in getting my system installed in my newly purchased home.
I've been quite pleased with Certified Alarms and every staff member I've interacted with is "senior friendly" which gives me a peace of mind!

The service today was great! Joe and Seth helped us with camera issues and quickly set up our new doorbell camera.

The alarm techs Branden and Jesse represented your company well today. They called when they were on the way with an approximate arrival time. The reason for the service call was a change to cellular from land line connection with the alarm. They explained everything they were going to do and walked me through the setup of the doorbell. They were courteous and respectful. I installed service in 2017 and I have been receiving excellent service since then.
